When I started designing The Blue Zebra Heritage Collection, there was one decision I made from the very beginning.
It had to be Pima cotton.
Not because it was the easiest option.
Not because it was the cheapest option.
But because it was the right option.
As a mum, I've always believed that children's clothing should feel as beautiful as it looks. Soft against delicate skin. Comfortable enough for play. Strong enough to be loved, worn and passed down.
When creating The Blue Zebra, I wasn't looking for a fabric that would simply look beautiful on a hanger. I wanted a fabric that would become part of a family's story.
That search led me to Pima cotton.
What Is Pima Cotton?
Pima cotton is often regarded as one of the finest cottons in the world.
What makes it so special is its extra-long fibres. These fibres create a smoother, stronger and softer fabric than conventional cotton, resulting in garments that not only feel luxurious but are also designed to last.
