The fine-ribbed navy piqué cotton of the Horse Carousel romper helps to hold the structure of the generous bloomer that gathers in a wide elasticated cuff on the thigh. The traditional hand smocking and delicate embroidery feature an intricate horse carousel scene complemented by a white peter pan collar, also in piqué cotton. Designed for boys and/or girls.
